Hello Leslie, no it is not a photo, just a cute post card with a late 1800's drawing of a lady on it, on the reverse message side is a note to Ida Weddle from her cousin in Cliff Oregon. I recently got this with Ida Weddle's grade school report cards from the grade school in Jefferson Oregon, dates 1905,1906,1907 and she did very well in school, her father Robert Weddle signed the cards each term. Her mother was Rebecca Beard. Ida Weddle went on to marry Nubarn Simpson who had come out from Tenn. Sorry but his first name makes me chuckle. I also got several large Cabinet card photos of the family at Jefferson at the turn of the century, it is great to be able to look at them and see what kind of life our ancestors had. Eventually the collection will be given to the Marion Co Historical Society. Thank you for your help, Mary
