http://www.censusfinder.com/ is an index type site that links to various online census records that are free.
Ancestry.com and genealogy.com both are pay sites that have census records.
Heritage Quest is often accessible thru you public libraries. Our local library provides access thru the main web page to Heritage Quest.
Some family history centers (Latter-day Saints volunteers staff these) have free access to Ancestry.com.
