Luper is official name but the unoffical names are:
Baker
Baker Family
IOOF (Irving)
Looper

The access is usually LOCKED.

Cemetery is not listed in USGS' map website.

Cemetery access is direct opposite 91184 Prairie Road, Junction City
about one mile south of junction of Meadowview Road and Prairie Road.

This is according to Oregon Burial Site Guide

restoration of this cemetery was started in 1992.
