The Lincoln County ORGenWeb site has burial lists for most of the 
county's cemeteries. Colleen Nickerson has contributed many of the 
lists. The closest I could come to what you're looking for is in 
Tidewater Cemetery, which is near Waldport. You can check out the 
listing here: http://www.rootsweb.com/~orlincol/tidewater.htm. 
There's also cemetery contact information on that page so you should 
be able to get further information.
