Viola,
I don't find the name Stacey in the large MALHEUR COUNTRY HISTORY,  Vol. I & 
II books, published by the M. C. Historical Society in  1987, but they are not 
every name indexed.

That "T" should be touching the bottom of the  "V",
but this was all I could do to type the brand.
There's a vertical notch on the left ear on this  one.
LN (I think this means a Wattle on  Right Neck)
 
I hope I didn't make  mistakes translating these abbreviations.
My husband isn't home right now to  help me with this, -
maybe a rancher can correct me  if I'm wrong.
