The Oregon State Archives have Death certificates up to 1957 I think that is the year, Available, after that you have to go to the Oregon vital records.
I do not know where you live and if you can get their to the Archives, I do have to go down their and hope to in the next couple of weeks, Health problems hopefully will not hold me up, and will see what I can find for you.
