[or-roots] OHS Library to re-open April 2, part-time

I thought y'all might like  to read the response I got from the OHS regarding 
their library hours.   This is good news for those living in the area.

Thank you for contacting the  Oregon Historical Society.  Because of budget 
issues the research library  has been closed since February 28th.  However, it 
was announced yesterday  that the library will reopen on a limited basis 
beginning Thursday April  2.  The new hours and days will be Thursday, Friday and 
Saturdays  1-5.
