[or-roots] Name coincidences

[Paulette]

My husband is a Welsh speaker and teaches Welsh; he doesn't think Carroll is a Welsh name as are Howell and Llewelen, but then English and Welsh names have gotten mixed up over time. His Tatums married Howells in NC.
