Yes, all the Oregon Trail discussions have been fun.  When I  read:
 
"Ingrid - Yes, there are several different spellings for Lydall, Lydell,  
Lytle and etc. I think my Lydalls were from England originally (not sure),  but 
my grandmother mother's family were German, Bavarian, Swiss on the Plank  side. 
 When I get time I will research the spelling of your  name Lightle and mine 
Lydall & see what comes up as our families lived  in the same general area.

FYI:  I did a search for "Lytle Boulevard" +Nyssa, Oregon, and  found the 
following information on the Nyssa, Oregon Chanber of  Commerce website:

"Lytle Boulevard Ruts: Oregon Trail wagon ruts are  visible today along Lytle 
Boulevard. Early travelers taking the "South Route"  (those who had crossed 
the Snake River before Fort Boise and followed the south  side of the river) 
met up with the main trail in this general area. An  interpretive site is 
located on Lytle Boulevard near Keeney  Pass."   found at:
