[or-roots] Finding ancestors in Revolutionary and Civil War

You could send an inquiry to the DAR and ask them if your particular
ancestor is in their data base.  Also, if there is a large genealogy
library near you they usually will have the DAR Patriot books and also
books on the Civil War.
