Fred and all; 
I suspect that the person originating this didn't realize that it was going to include all of her address book in whatever mailing she authorized Facebook to do. I am wasting way too much of my time in Facebook and especially in a couple of the games so I know how easy it is to click on the wrong button while playing these. I don't let them have addresses nor do I let yahoo have the contents of my address book for this very reason.
That last fact is probably the only reason I haven't had a message like this show up with my name on it.
