Thank you for your response - I input Eire Ireland / Free Ireland and a
city, no county, state
But I'm attempting to spell everything correctly- even if.....

FYI - when I got my latest batch - Oregon popped up as highest priority -
edging out Kansas ...

you won't hear from any arbitrator because there's no way to know who did
that. You can use feedback for the record.

I had one entry saying Eire Ireland and I enter that whole thing. If it says
Free Ireland, just do that. Don't deviate from that.

If the space for county is blank, leave it blank.  FS has a way of
connecting of these places. Just make sure spelling is correct no matter
what it says. Rule is very clear in instruction, spell it out correct, no
mis-spellings accepted.
