[or-roots] Hazel Dell

Okay, mystery solved, but why it doesn't show up any where else is a puzzler; Hazel Dell is Oakridge. I am pretty sure I have seen that elsewhere, but no query I could try would turn it up. I did find a 1910 map of Oregon;

That has it and by comparing stream locations I am confident I found the right spot.
There are a number of other place names on this map that are not commonly seen any more.
