I know there are Cooper"s now living in the Cottage Grove area that used to live in the Dallas area do not remember 
if there are any Cooper's still living in the Dallas Area, they are cousins of mine.

Matney are all over. 
Coopers are the Harbon Cooper line that had a dlc in Monmouth Oregon called Cooper Hollow. 
  
This is brief, but here is my website I been working on. 
I dont have any of the Coopers on there yet. I do have a lot of genealogy on Matney - Cooper - Roundtree - Shortridge - and more you will see on my site. 
I got busy here with projects and seemed to dump the web writing last 5 years just a bit , I am only catching up.  ;)
