[or-roots] information about doctors in early Oregon

Dang!  I immediately went to the Lane County page to see if there was any records of early physician licenses but find that early to them means 1889, much too late to help me with a man who was listed as a physician in the 1850s 1860s.  But it was a good try, so thank you.
