[OR_Archaeology] IMPORTANT- correction to GIS Archaeologist position announcement

Please disregard the earlier announcement about the new GIS
Archaeologist position with SHPO.  The HR folks included the wrong
salary range on the announcement they gave us, though the official
announcement on the state's job website should be correct.  The
correct
salary range is $3337 - $4880 monthly.

Sorry for the mix-up.
