[OR_Archaeology] Oregon BLM Salem position advertisement amendment

Oregon (Salem) BLM is looking to hire a student through the SCEP (Student
Career Experience Program) authority, for an archeologist position.  The
student could be a junior or sophomore now or just starting their senior
year or graduate school, pursuing a degree in Anthropology/Archeology.
When they graduate in a couple years, BLM will offer them a job - the
proposal being, of course, that they will be offered my job because I will
have retired by then and this position will be open.  If for some reason I
don't retire, the terms of a SCEP appointment requires BLM to offer the
individual who has finished the SCEP requirements an archeologist position
somewhere in BLM.  The individual is not obligated to take the offered
position if it is somewhere else but essentially, the SCEP opportunity
guarantees a job offer of a permanent archeologist position in the end for
students completing the program.

GS-11 is the target level for this position.  However, upon initial hiring,
the SCEP will not be at the GS-11 level.
