AT THE OAS MEETING AT OMSI                  
Tuesday, April 7th, 7 PM                               
 Book Signing: "Crow Rock Art in the Bighorn Basin: Petroglyphs at No Water, Wyoming" 
                            By James D. Keyser & George Poetschat 

The Oregon Archaeological Society Press (OAS) announces a Book Signing by the authors and contributors to this new publication at the April Meeting of OAS on Tuesday, April 7th at the OMSI Auditorium in Portland.  The "No Water" site in Wyoming was an important place for Crow Women's spirit power and the recording of Crow Warrior's accomplishments in intertribal wars.

                   Results from the 2008 season of the Tavaputs Archaeological Project",  
                                                by Rigden Glabb 

Rigden Glaab, doctoral candidate at Washington State University is the OAS 2008 Jones Scholarship recipient. The presentation is at 7:45pm at the April 7th OAS Meeting.
