[OR_Archaeology] Preserving Oregon Grant Applications due Oct. 16

PRESERVING OREGON GRANT APPLICATIONS AVAILABLE

The Oregon State Historic Preservation Office has earmarked $250,000 for its Preserving Oregon Grant Program for the 2009-11 biennium. These funds are to be used for rehabilitation work on properties listed in the National Register of Historic Places, or for significant work contributing to identifying, preserving and/or interpreting archaeological sites.

The grant application is available at http://www.oregon.gov/OPRD/HCD/grants.shtml. 

The deadline for applications is Oct. 16.
