[OR_Archaeology] SW WA shipwreck eroding out

Susan, not sure if this will be of interest to the list, but this news
article raises some interesting points on who "owns" shipwrecks and what
can be done about large ones eroding out on a beach and picked over by
beachcombers (or, in this case, actively being salvaged by local
residents looking for ways to make money).
