The archeological process will be featured from 2 p.m. - 3.p.m. Jan. 16 at Historic Champoeg State Heritage Area. Using documentation and results of previous archeological work at Champoeg to gain insight and perspective into the land and people who once lived in this area, people will learn how to be purposeful about the artifacts.
