The Historic Preservation League of Oregon is seeking applications for a
3-month consulting project to document the HPLO's preservation easement
program and implement a new easement management database.  

 

Qualifications would include:

.         General understanding of historic preservation 

.         Knowledge of conservation easements, policies, and related IRS
regulations 

.         Strong writing, research, organization, and project management
skills

.         Experience with database management, especially FileMaker

 

Work would be executed primarily at the HPLO office in Portland, though some
work could be done remotely.  Project to start as soon as possible.
Compensation negotiable based on a finalized Scope of Work, but estimated at
$5,000-$6,000.

September 10th.
