Internet Archaeology is pleased to announce the publication of

'Archaeological Fish Bones Online: a digital archive of Sydney fishes' by
Sarah Colley and Rowan Brownlee in Issue 29.

The article presents the Archaeological Fish Bone Images sustainable digital
archive and XTF-based image search and presentation tools developed with
University of Sydney Library. Explaining how and why the archive was
developed, it identifies and discusses the research implications of
significant gaps in current fish reference collections and integrates with
some of the records held in the digital repository at the University of
Sydney Library.
