The Wyoming SHPO is currently recruiting a position in our Cheyenne,
Wyoming office. One of the duties of the position is to oversee the
Federal Historic Preservation Tax Credit Program in Wyoming. The
position is also responsible for our state funded “Historic
Architectural Assistance Fund” (HAAF) which provides professional
historic architectural technical assistance to property owners
throughout the state. Our office partners with the Wyoming Main Street
program and collectively has provided over $250,000 dollars to almost 40
projects statewide since the beginning of the program in 2009. We are
very fortunate in Wyoming to have this support from our state
legislature, as they have funded the HAAF program for the FY11-12
