[OR_Archaeology] Oregon SHPO Archaeological Permit Amendment Policy

Oregon SHPO has developed an amendment policy for archaeological permits.  If meeting the criterion for a minor amendment, a 10 day review will occur.  For major amendments, the review will be 30 days.  The tribes will review all amendments.  Additional reviewers will depend on the type of amendment.  Permits can only be amended one time.
