Greetings:
The Public Education Committee (PEC) of the Society for America Archaeology (SAA) is compiling information on a state-by-state basis regarding resources for Boy Scouts to earn the Archaeology merit badge and/or develop Eagle Scout projects. Below is a brief survey of the information requested. If you can provide examples of resources that boy scouts can utilize, if you have any information regarding this program in Oregon, or know someone who is involved, please respond directly to virginia_parks at fws.gov. I will compile the information for Oregon and return it to the PEC. The data is requested by February 3, 2014.

Thank you very much for your assistance.
