Season's Greetings,

As a heads-up, permit review and processing staff will be out of the office during the week of December 24th-28th. If you are planning on submitting an application for a time-sensitive permit, be sure that it is 1) complete; and 2), received (preferably) prior to December 20th, to accommodate LCIS tribal designation (which can take up to 48 hours).

In the event emergency expedited permits are needed, Dennis Griifin will be available December 26-28 at Dennis.Griffin at Oregon.gov<mailto:Dennis.Griffin at Oregon.gov> or 503-986-0674. Applications will need to be sent to his work email (for the 26-28 only), and he will need to be contacted by phone to discuss the emergency, prior to processing.

Permit applications can still be submitted during the week of December 24-28, but processing will not begin until January 2nd, at the earliest (aside from emergency expedited permits).

Happy Holidays!
-John
