[OR_Archaeology] Error in Oregon SHPO isolate form

Hello All,

It has come to our attention that there has been a reoccurring issue with the Oregon State Isolate form which is resulting in people getting an error message.  This has been happening since our IT department upgraded the servers.  We are still working to rectify the issue.  Until it can be fixed we have found a workaround which will stop you from receiving an error message:

Enter a 0 (zero) into the "Year of Revision" field in the Map Reference section.
