[OR_Archaeology] OARRA issues

Hello Everyone,

Several OARRA users have contacted our office because they are having issues with the T/R/S and GLO layers.  After doing some research with our IT department we were able to narrow down the issue to the case sensitive user names.  If you type in your user name in all lower case the layers are available.  If you type it in case sensitive and there are any upper case you will not be able to see the layers.

We are still working with IT to resolve this issue.
