[OR_Archaeology] Oregon SHPO is Telecommuting

Oregon SHPO is telecommuting!

We just wanted to let everyone know that we are still available for most operations. During this time of adjustment, please consider the following:

  *   Use Go Digital<https://www.oregon.gov/oprd/OH/Documents/Go_Digital_Instructions_with_Examples_Final05.22.18.pdf> for project submissions. Digital submissions are processed as before and distributed to appropriate staff for review.
     *   If you absolutely must use regular mail, expect significant delays, up to a week or more. Staff are only picking up mail every week or so, and after the mail itself has been quarantined.
  *   Staff are available by phone or email.
     *   Desk phone numbers are set to forward to work cells.
     *   Any proposed meetings will need to be via conference calls, but SHPO staff also have Skype capabilities.
  *   Archaeological Permit Applications, Qualified Archaeologist Applications, and Oregon Archaeological Records Remote Access (OARRA) Applications should all be submitted as always, to the appropriate email address indicated on each form.
  *   PLEASE DO NOT SEND OR CC: PROJECTS OR APPLICATIONS TO SHPO STAFF EMAILS.
