[OR_Archaeology] OARRA unavailable

Hi Everyone,

The OPRD servers have lost power that has resulted in a widespread network failure.  This has affected OARRA, our website, the online site form system, built database, and bibliographic database.  IT currently predicts the system will be down for the rest of the day.  They expect it to be working again tomorrow.

SHPO staff, likewise, do not have access to any of the databases and will not be able to answer questions about any of the affected systems or current case status.

Apologies for the inconvenience.  We will send out updates as we receive them.
