[OR_Archaeology] OARRA Error

Hello Everyone,

As we all know OARRA has had a lot of problems over the last 2 years and it seems that it has decided to show us something new.  The new error that has been identified is:

  *   When selecting a PDF for a file that was not available you would previously receive an error that said the file was not available. For Biblio reports, this no longer happens. OARRA selects a (seemingly) random report, other than the one you selected, and shows you that instead.  If you select a report and something unexpected comes up please double check the biblio report number on the first page (upper right hand corner) to see that it matches the report you selected before selecting the feedback button in the upper right hand corner to report the error.  If they do not match then please treat it as a file not found situation and contact me if you need an immediate copy of the report.
