The final report from the Governor's Climate Change Integration Group (CCIG), A Framework for Addressing Rapid Climate Change, is now available for download from the Oregon Department of Energy Web Site at:

The report addresses preparation and adaptation to climate change, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, education and outreach opportunities, and research needs related to climate change.  The CCIG makes a number of key recommendations for action by Oregonians, the Global Warming Commission, state agencies, and others.
