[ORBITS-Users] ORBITS System Availability

For approximately two weeks beginning Monday (March 8) ORBITS will be
unavailable to users.  This downtime will allow ORBITS Release 2 to be
migrated into production and the system to be readied for 2005-07 budget
preparation activities.  You will be notified when the system is available.
As a reminder, agency training on the new release is scheduled for March 16
and 17. 

During this time agencies should be finalizing their review of program units
and cross-reference numbers to determine if these are still appropriate for
2005-07.  The approval of agency program units (called Summary Cross
Reference or "B" structures in ORBITS) will be one of the first steps in
preparing the 2005-07 budget.
