Good morning,

The SDC and TSC have finished building and have implemented our new Citrix environment. However the migration will not be seamless as we hoped. We will need you to save a new bookmark for https://inside.das.oregon.gov the address is the same but your saved bookmark will work but due to technical issues it is recommended that you update your bookmark. I have also attached document that will help you install or upgrade the new Citrix web client.

· Dual Monitors: Orbits crossing both monitors when maximized, Can be fixed by upgrading the Citrix client from the website.

· Printing Duplex: in order to print duplex you will need to configure your printer prior to launching Orbits, at this time the setup option does not work within Orbits
