Fiscal Analyst 2 (Budget Analyst)
 
The Oregon Public Utility Commission (PUC) is responsible for regulating investor-owned electric and natural gas utilities, privately-owned water companies, and certain telecommunications providers. The PUC’s mission is to ensure that safe and reliable utility services are provided to customers at just and reasonable rates while fostering the use of competitive markets to achieve these objectives.
 
The PUC is seeking a highly-qualified candidate to fill the position of Fiscal Analyst 2 (Budget Analyst). Under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer, the person in this position acts as primary budget advisor for the agency and is responsible for the development of budgets for the agency, preparation of highly complex financial reports and the identification of necessary budgetary documentation to support program budget or financial systems.
