Budget EXEC = the four bolded Budget Execution reports are in a .PDF format.   These reports are overwritten at the end of each month.  However, SABRS will periodically save and archive key reports for future use.

Budget PREP = these reports are the standard PICS reports used during budget prep.  These on-line, .PDF formatted reports are updated nightly during the budget prep cycle.  There is not an immediate update capability to these reports.  Hard-copy reports will still be available on request.  No change there, but we thought it might be useful for you to have access to prep reports on-demand.
