ORBITS data is getting a new home over the next couple of days! We are in the process of upgrading ORBITS’ Oracle database and putting it on a new server. We have migrated
to the new server internally but it will take a couple of days to get the Citrix Server and the mainframe configured. I will send another email once everything has been switched over. Users that are logged into ORBITS when the switch occurs will have to
log out and back in again, otherwise, there is nothing you need to do. If you have trouble logging in after the switch, it could mean that you recently changed your password on the old server and we didn’t migrate that information to the new server. Please
contact ORBITS Help at ORBITS.Help@oregon.gov and we will fix your account. This change should be seamless and you won’t notice any changes to ORBITS.
We are hoping this migration will be completed tomorrow afternoon but it could be a day or two later. Thank you for your patience while we perform this required maintenance.
