PRSA Oregon Capital Chapter Meeting - April 8, 2015

*Marketing to Baby Boomers in the New Economy*

In 2012 (pre Affordable Care Act), Woloshin gave a presentation to the
Salem Chapter on American’s most economically powerful segment, the Baby
Boomer generation.  Her research spanned 215,000 individuals 65 and over,
with a cross-analysis of seniors and those aging-in living in Oregon.

With over 8,000 individuals turning 65 in America today, this is not a
population to ignore. The 2012 presentation provided PRSA members and
guests with specific demographics and psychographics.  Tools, tactics and
techniques to reach this population were also outlined.

This new presentation to the Salem Chapter outlines how we need to deal
with boomers in the new economy (post-recession and post-Affordable Care
Act.) Woloshin will offer lots of take-away for you to use on the job and
provide an overview of how do successfully deal with this market in the
near future.  This is a not-to-miss presentation.

About the speaker:  Mara Woloshin, MA, APR, Fellow PRSA has had her own
full-service boutique agency for nearly 30 years.  She and her top-notch
team work nationally with organizations dealing with complex populations,
from health care to government issues to mergers.  Current clients served
span the United States from Washington state to Oregon to the east coast,
