"Diabetes is a complex medical condition that requires daily self-management along with regular visits to the the doctor and other health providers.  In response to the need for easily accessible, reliable education materials about diabetes, the Oregon Diabetes Program partnered with the Oregon Diabetes Coalition to create the Oregon Diabetes Resource Bank website.  The website includes a variety of diabetes education handouts that can help people with diabetes understand more about the condition and get better care."
