Greetings Coalition Members:

The most recent issue of the CD Summary addressed diabetes care in Oregon; the issue was released 5/27/08.  My apologies for not sending this link out sooner.  If your not familiar with the CD Summary, here's a description:

The CD Summary is a publication of the Oregon Department of Human Services, Public Health Division, Office of Disease Prevention and Epidemiology. It is distributed every two weeks to over 15,000 people, including all those granted the privilege by the State of Oregon to call themselves M.D., D.O., N.P., or P.A.; various public health agencies inside and beyond Oregon; media representatives; medical laboratories; hospitals; and other individuals and institutions with self-identified morbid interests.
