Below are the latest news and activities related to the American
Recovery and Reinvestment Act (Recovery Act) in Oregon.

 

Tracking the dollars

Following the most recent quarterly report, the data on the interactive
Tracking the Dollars map has been updated online.  The data on the map
is preliminary and there may be minor edits through the end of the
month.  The data displayed on the map includes information about
Recovery Act projects in Oregon including award amount, amount expended,
jobs funded, project status, and a short project description.  In
addition, information has been added about non- Section 1512 awards such
as food stamps, TANF, Medicaid, unemployment compensation, and the Tax
Credit Exchange Program.

Project spotlight

There is a color fact sheet that provides an overview of the Recovery
Act and highlights some specific project accomplishments within each of
the categories (community service, education, employment, energy, health
and human services, housing, natural resources, public safety,
transportation, and workforce).
