Request for Proposals
The Oregon Domestic Well Safety Program<http://public.health.oregon.gov/HealthyEnvironments/DrinkingWater/SourceWater/DomesticWellSafety/Pages/index.aspx> (DWSP) announces its 2015 Request for Proposals (RFP).

The RFP is intended to increase the capacity of Oregon tribal and local public health authorities (LPHAs), particularly those that have identified domestic wells and water security as local priorities. In working with LPHAs, the DWSP will help deliver interventions and outreach that most effectively reach communities of concern.

DWSP's 2015 Request for Proposals (RFP) is OPEN! DWSP intends to provide two awards of $5k each, or one award of $10k, to Oregon tribal and or Local Public Health Authorities to support capacity building of outreach efforts during the period of January 1, 2015 through August 31, 2015.

The RFP is attached to this message along with the application template. These documents can also be accessed on DWSP's homepage (www.healthoregon.org/wells<http://public.health.oregon.gov/HealthyEnvironments/DrinkingWater/SourceWater/DomesticWellSafety/Pages/index.aspx>) from October 20th, 2014 - December 4, 2014 (at 5pm). All applications are due by 5pm, December 3rd, 2014. See RFP for more details.
