The Oregon Domestic Well Safety Program<http://public.health.oregon.gov/HealthyEnvironments/DrinkingWater/SourceWater/DomesticWellSafety/Pages/index.aspx>(DWSP) and the Oregon Water Resources Department<http://www.oregon.gov/OWRD/pages/index.aspx> (OWRD) are excited to announce the release of the updated Well Owner's Handbook<http://public.health.oregon.gov/HealthyEnvironments/DrinkingWater/SourceWater/DomesticWellSafety/Documents/OHA%208316%20Well%20Water%20Handbook%20Final.pdf>. Together, OWRD and DWSP have revised the 2010 version and included health information on common contaminants, testing recommendations, additional construction setbacks for new wells, updated graphics, and more!
