This conference is designed for faculty, staff, and administrators of higher education institutions across the nation who lead outreach and engagement efforts focused on health. The conference will be held April 16-17, 2013 at the CH2MHill Alumni Center. The 2013 conference will focus on the role that higher education can play in supporting community change aimed at influencing the social and environmental determinants of health. The attached call for proposals describes the conference theme and subthemes in detail. Please mark these dates on your calendar now and make plans to participate in this outstanding conference. This conference is also an excellent opportunity to share your work through peer-refereed presentations. You may submit proposals for workshops, seminars, posters, or research/evaluation reports.
