CSTE is launching its first annual scholarship contest, providing roundtrip airfare, three nights in a hotel, and registration to attend the 2016 Annual Conference in Anchorage, Alaska. Thanks to member donations, one student scholar in 2016 will attend the largest national event for applied epidemiology. The scholar will be guided by CSTE fellows, meet epidemiology leaders, and explore an array of conference sessions. More details can be found in this announcement. Epidemiology students are encouraged to apply by March 28 and to join CSTE as student members for only $30 per year. Student scholarships are made possible through the generous donations of members like you. To donate for next year's scholarship and allow more students to attend, please visit the donation page or make a donation during conference registration. Contributions or gifts to CSTE are not tax deductible as charitable contributions. However, they may be tax deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses or under other provisions of the Internal Revenue Code.
