[Orlsta] 2008 competitive LSTA grant contracts heading out the door this morning

2008 competitive LSTA grant contracts are in the mail this morning.   Projects that had indicated they had people waiting to start work this week will get theirs through expedited mail (UPS).   

We are sending two copies of the contract to the contact person on the grant application.  It is their responsibility to route the contracts and the certification forms to the person with contract or signature authority in the organization.  The contracts are being sent with the State Librarian's signature and will be in effect as soon as they are signed on your end.   After the contract is signed on your end mail one copy of the contract, and the certification of debarment back to:

If your grant is over $100,000,  please sign and return the certification for lobbying also.  Otherwise, the certification for lobbying is optional, but welcome.
