[Orlsta] no word yet from IMLS on LSTA funds

Hi all,

We have not yet received our federal funding award as IMLS has not received its from the Office of Management and Budget.  We remain optimistic about receiving it in the near future, and know that IMLS is poised for a quick turnaround to us.
