[Orlsta] contracts for competitive FFY2015 LSTA grants have been emailed

Just a heads up for people -

We emailed out the cover letter and live contracts for Federal Fiscal Year 2015 LSTA grant awards yesterday. The FFY2015 projects can start as soon as local authorities sign the contract.  I sent the contracts to people indicated in the proposal or a grant contact sheet.  Please call me with any questions.
