This is a reminder that 2nd quarter financial and activity reports will be due on January 31, 2017.  Report forms can be found at : https://www.oregon.gov/osl/LD/Pages/lstagrantee.aspx. Send report forms to ferol Weyand at ferol.weyand at state.or.us<mailto:ferol.weyand at state.or.us>.

As a quick reminder, remember to scan and send copies of receipts with notes as needed when claiming funds!!
